摘要
研究了环保型硫酸盐三价铬电镀工艺。介绍了其工艺规范,考察了温度、pH值、时间和三价铬的质量浓度等工艺参数对沉积速率和镀层外观的影响。该镀液的极化能力好,覆盖能力强。电流效率为8.93%,沉积速率最高达到0.06μm/min,并且获得的镀层白亮细腻、厚度均匀。
Eco-friendly trivalent chromium process specifications were introduced, and trivalent chromium mass concentration on the investigated. It was found that the bath has sulfate electroplating process was studied. The influences of temperature, pH value, time and deposition rate and coating morphology were also excellent polarization ability and covering power. The current efficiency was 8.93%, and the deposition rate was up to 0.06μm/min. Furthermore, the coating obtained with smooth and bright surface, and uniform thickness.
