摘要
为了提高镁合金基体的耐蚀性,采用磷化方法在其表面形成一层非金属的、不导电的、难溶的多孔磷酸盐转化膜。研究了磷化温度、磷化液pH值、磷化时间对磷化膜耐蚀性的影响,进而确定了最佳工艺条件。
In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy, a non-metallic, non- conductive and porous insoluble phosphating film was formed on the surface by phosphating method. Influences of phosphating temperature, phosphating solution pH value and phosphating time on the corrosion resistance of phosphating film were studied, and then the optimal process conditions were determined.
