摘要
压机单元是自动塑封系统核心部件,直接影响塑封产品的质量。针对某120吨自动塑封系统压机结构的物理模型,分析活动台板、升降座的运动特性,对滚珠丝杆,连杆等核心零件的受力情况进行计算,并对未来的压机结构设计进行了讨论。
As the core component of automold system,the unit of press affects the quality of plastic package product directly. Physical model was built in this article,motion research of platen and lift platform was introduced,the force analysis of ball screw and linkage was calculated,the construction design of future of press was discussed.
