摘要 介绍了二氯乙烷裂解工序的工艺流程,针对二氯乙烷裂解工序热量消耗的方式进行了详细阐述,提出了从以下4个方面降低热量消耗——保持EDC的裂解率55%,提高天然气燃烧效率,减少热量损失,增加二氯乙烷的热量吸收率。 The process flow of EDC cracking process was introduced. The ways of heat consumption in the cracking process were described in detail. The heat consumption could he reduced in the following 4 aspects: keeping the cleavage rate of EDC 55% , increasing the combustion efficiency of natural gas, reducing heat loss, and increasing the heat absorption rate of EDC.
