Design of Switching Power with Universal Input and Multi Voltage Output

摘要 设计并制作一款基于TOP258YN的永磁同步电动机控制器专用的宽电压输入、多路输出的开关电源。采用开关电源芯片串联开关管的方法解决高电压输入时开关电源芯片的耐压问题。介绍永磁同步电动机控制器对辅助电源的要求,介绍高频变压器的设计方法,并详细分析开关电源的工作原理。实验表明,该电源允许输入电压范围AC 198V^400V,且能够输出四路不共地的直流电压,一硬件电路具有较强的通用性和稳定性,性能指标符合设计要求。 A universal input and multi voltage output switching power supply based on TOP258 YN was designed and developed which was used in the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) controller. In order to solve the difficulty of choosing switching power supply chip under the condition of high-voltage input, an external switch in series means was adopted. The requirements for auxiliary power supply used in the PMSM controller were introduced, the design method of high frequency transformer was introduced, the operational principle of switching power supply was presented in detail. Experiments show that 4 no common ground DC voltage outputs can be obtained stably in the universal input range of AC 198V^400V. The hardware of this switching power supply has strong versatility and stability, performance index conforms to design requirements.
