农村留守妇女婚外情中的权益保障制度研究

Research on Rights and Interests Guarantee System for Extramarital Affairs of Rural Remaining Women

农村留守妇女作为改革开放以来在农村与城镇间人口流动过程中出现的特殊群体,出现了许多与之相关的社会及法律问题。这一群体中的婚外情现象是基于农村留守妇女自身文化素质、道德修养等因素,在农村环境下衍生出的一种社会现象和法律问题。本文通过介绍农村留守妇女的基本生存状况及农村留守妇女的婚外情现象、婚外情对留守妇女权利的影响等,进一步提出减少农村留守妇女婚外情现象、保护其合法权益的建议和措施,力求为农村留守妇女构建一个和谐的家庭及社会环境。

Women left in rural areas, a special group appeared since the reform and opening up, flow between rural and urban areas, which results in many related social and legal issues. The extramarital affairs based on their cultural quality and moral cultivation are social phenomena and legal problems which are produced in rural environment. Through introducing the basic situation of rural remaining women as well as their extramarital affairs phenomena and the impacts of extramarital affairs on their rights, this paper proposes suggestions and measures to reduce their extramarital affairs and protect their legitimate rights and interests, trying to build a harmonious family and social environment for women left in rural areas.
