Transformation of Ideological and Political Education for Young Teachers in Colleges

青年教师作为高校教师中最为活跃的群体,青年教师的思想政治状况影响到高校教学和科研整体发展水平和合格人才的培养。社会主义现代化建设今天,高校青年教师思想政治教育处于重要转型期,而现阶段由于内外因所致,使我国高校青年教师的思想政治教育日渐边缘化。为此,加强高校青年教师的思想政治教育成为重中之重,通过加强正面引导、创新教育形式、严格师德师风考核、注重人文关怀等方式,使青年教师摆脱困境。

Young teachers, as the most active group in colleges, whose ideological and political situation is directly related to the overall development level of teaching and research as well as the training of qualified personnel. At present, it is an important transition period for college young teachers＇ ideological and political education. Due to the external environment and internal factors, the ideological and political education for young teachers stays increasingly marginalization. Therefore, it is an urgent task to strengthen young teachers＇ ideological and political education in colleges, which should be developed by strengthening positive guidance, innovating education forms, carrying out teachers＇ morality and style education and paying attention to humanistic care and so on, making young teachers get out of trouble.
