中国环保产业国际竞争力实证研究

An Empirical Study on the International Competitiveness of China's Environmental Industry

近十年来,中国环保产业取得了高速发展,但由于起步晚,基础差,其整体发展水平不高。选取TC和RCA指标对环保产业国际竞争力进行现状分析和国际比较,表明中国环保产业虽然同发达国家相比还存在一定差距,但差距不断缩小,竞争力逐步提升;基于波特的"钻石理论",采用协整分析、误差修正模型等计量方法对我国环保产业国际竞争力的影响因素进行了实证研究,结果表明具有环保资质的企业数量对环保产品的出口具有正向作用,我国政府对环保产业的管理能力是影响产业国际竞争力最关键的因素。

China＇s environmental industry has been growing rapidly in recent ten years. However, due to its late start and weak foundation, it is still quite underdeveloped and falls under the global average level. The paper selected comparative advantage indexes of TC and RCA to analyze the international competitive competence of China＇s environmental industry. The result showed that China＇s environmental industry still lags behind developed countries by a certain margin, but the gap is narrowing and the competitiveness is edging up. Based on Porter＇s ＂Diamond Theory＂, it used such methods as co - integration analysis and error correction model to conduct an empirical study on the affecting factors for competitiveness of China＇s environmental industry. The result showed that the number of environmentally qualified enterprises has a positive effect on the environmental protection product exports, and the Chinese government＇s environmental management level is the key factor affecting international competitiveness of the industry.
