摘要
2013年底建成开通的衡柳铁路,是广西对外进行客货交流的主要通道,随着客货量的增加,青茅至柳州西段的通过能力制约了衡柳线运输能力的发挥。为解决这一问题,此文通过对青柳段线路主要技术条件的简述,对该段通过能力的计算,以及影响该段通过能力因素的分析,提出优化运输组织,提高货物列车运行速度,减少客货列车速度差等措施,来提高青柳段的通过能力。
