摘要
通过铁路有关部门对几类既有隧道的调研发现,铺设无砟轨道的隧道内出现不同程度的病害,其中隧道基底发生病害的概率最高,对其上部轨道结构影响最大,给养护维修带来困难。此文在分析各类隧道基底地质特征,以及30 t轴重列车对隧道结构设计影响的基础上,针对隧道基底承载力不足的问题,结合山西中南部铁路通道铺设无砟轨道的隧道基底底层类别,提出注浆加固隧道基底的方案。并对其工程数量和费用指标进行分析。
Through the survey to several types of the existing tunnel by the railway departments, it is found that it appears different degree of disease in tunnel laying ballastless track. The probability of disease in the tunnel basement is the highest; it has the biggest effect on its upper track structure and brings difficulty to maintenance. Based on the analysis of all kinds of tunnel geological characteristics, as well as 30 t train axle load influence on tunnel structure design, in view of the problem of insufficient bearing capacity of basement for tunnel, combining with the central and southern railway in Shanxi laid ballastless track tunnel basement bottom category, the scheme of the base grouting strengthening tunnel basement bottom is put forward. And its engineering quantity and cost index were analyzed.
