摘要
文章从土的三相性出发,分析土的压缩特性,结合现场调查与室内土工试验,及资料整理的基础上,通过分析地基淤泥层的固结沉降与固结度,得出土层尚未固结完成,是造成某建筑物一层地面沉降较大的原因,并提出建议架空底板的处理措施。
Based on the three phases of soil, the article analyzes the compression feature of soil. Then combined with field investigation and the laboratory soil tests, also the data compilation, through the analysis of the consolidation settlement and the degree of consolidation, it is concluded that the soil consolidation had been unfinished, which is the cause of the larger ground settlement of a building. Finally a raised floor treatment is proposed.
