摘要
厦门裕景中心基坑工程,设四层整体地下室,基坑开挖深约20.60m,周长约600m。场地位于厦门轮渡第一码头附近,局部地段距现海岸线约8m,地质条件复杂。目前基坑工程已基本上施工完毕,由于施工时间较长,大部分锚索、锚具、钢立柱等裸露面存在不同的锈蚀,止水帷幕局部破坏出现不同程度的透水现象,周边路面出现沉降及局部塌陷。根据基坑设计使用年限及使用情况,结合专家认证时各位专家提出的意见,分别对侧壁透水、地面塌陷、锚索、锚具及立柱锈蚀、其他薄弱部位进行结构加固处理。
Foundation pit engineering of Xiamen Eton center has four layers of the integral basement with about 20.60 meters deep foundation pit excavation and circumference of about 600 meters. The site is located near the Xiamen Ferry Terminal No. 1, away from the coastline of about 8 meters, and the geological condition is complex. At present, the foundation pit construction has been basically completed. Due to the long construction time, corrosion appeared on exposed surface of most of anchor cables, anchors and steel column, different degree flooding phenomenon locally occurred in water stop curtain, and the surrounding road surface subsided and collapsed. According to the designed lifetime and current situation of foundation pit, combined with experts'opinions, reinforcement treatments were carried out respectively on the side wall leakage, ground subsidence, rust of anchor cable, anchor, columns and the other weak parts of structure.
