摘要
以上海AM国际精品酒店为例,通过三种方案的技术、经济分析,论证了热电联产在酒店项目中如何选型才能实现最优的投资回报率。同时希望通过该课题的研究,推广发电机热电联产技术,为节约建筑能耗、提高环境保护意识做出应有的贡献。
The paper takes Shanghai AM Hotel as example, by analyzing three kinds of technical and economic schemes, how cogeneration system being selected in hotel projects in order to achieve optimum return on investment was demonstrated. As writer, I also hope that through this research topic, my effort for promoting the generator cogeneration technology and saving building energy consumption will be contributed, and the consciousness of environmental protection will also be improved.
