产业集群初成期民俗体育文化与企业文化现状调查——以湛江为例

Status Investigation on Folk Sports Culture and Enterprise Culture in Early Forming Period of Industrial Cluster——Taking Zhanjiang as an Example

运用文献资料法、田野调查法、访谈等方法,对湛江产业集群初期企业文化及当地民俗体育文化的分类、特点、功能及未来发展路径进行了调查。结果表明两者发展存交集和融通点。此调查着眼于前瞻性的视角,欲厘清其发展现状,推动湛江现代企业文化与民俗体育文化的协同创新发展。

Using methods of literature, field investigation and interview, the paper investigates the classification, characteristics, function and the future development road of both enterprise culture and local folk sports culture in the early period of Zhanjiang industrial cluster. Results show intersection and blending in their development. From a forward - looking view, this survey manages to make clear the status quo of its development and promote collaborative innovation development of both modern enterprise culture and folk sports culture in Zhanjiang.
