Rapid and sustainable development of national economy and more leisure time by people have sped up the tendency of ever increasing population practicing leisure sports. As the society is in great need of people practicing leisure sports to organize, guide, plan, run and manage various programs and activities, leisure sports majors are expected to possess special capacities. Through analysis, the paper concludes that comprehensive talents of leisure sports should possess general and special abilities, be able to reengineer and create, coordinate and conmaunicate, organize and manage.
