摘要
对五邑大学大一60名男生进行16周不同课次的网球运动锻炼实验研究,结果显示:网球运动锻炼能够促进男大学生肺功能和心功能的提高,一周3次网球练习的男大学生身体机能的提高比一周1次网球练习的男大学生的身体机能的提高有明显的差异。
The paper conducts an experiment research on 60 male freshmen of Wuyi University from the 16 -week duration of tennis exercise classes. Result shows : tennis exercise can promote heart and lung function of male college students and body function of those male college students who practice three times a week demonstrate obvious promotion from those only practice once a week.
