高校体育场馆社会化现状及发展策略研究——以焦作市高校体育场馆为例

Research on Current Situation and Development Strategy of Socialized Operation of College Sports Venues——A Case Study of College Sports Venues in Jiaozuo

为了进一步完善全民健身服务体系,充分发挥高校体育场馆在全民健身活动中的作用,采用问卷调查法、文献资料法等方法,对焦作市高校体育场馆社会化现状及制约因素进行了调查。调查结果表明:焦作市高校体育场馆社会化程度不高;场地资源整体水平较低;开放经营模式单一,专业化水平不高;高校管理层对场馆开放热情不高。在对开放现状调查的基础上,提出了相应的发展及应对策略,包括:完善资源配置,加强场馆建设;倡导多元化开放方式,提升场馆开放效果;成立场馆管理中心,实现专业化管理;坚持以政府为主导,有效规避开放风险。

In order to improve national fitness service system and give full play of college sports venues in national fitness activities, the paper investigates current situation and affecting factors of socialization of college sports venues in Jiaozuo with methods of questionnaire and literature. The results show low socialized operation of college sports venues in Jiaozuo, low level of field resources in general; simplified mode of opening up and operating; lack of professional level; little passion on opening sports venues from college authorities; On the basis of having surveyed the current situation of opening up, the paper proposes corresponding development strategies, include improving resource distribution and the construction of the sports venues; promoting diversified way of opening up to improve its effect; establishing a management center for college venues to realize professional management; putting government in the leading role to effectively avoid risks in opening college sports venues＇ to the public.
