摘要
适当的适应体育课程对身心障碍学生的身体健康、心理情绪及社会交往上有积极的作用。适应体育课程在高校的开展还面临诸多挑战,如教师缺乏特殊体育教育知识技能;教师无相关培训进修;场地、器材及教材等资源不足;修课学生的限制等挑战。进而提出应积极完善法律法规,提高对身心障碍学生的关注和重视;加强课程的规划与实施,树立全新的适应体育课程教学理念;提高教师的知识与技能;改善环境与资源的不足等应对策略。
Appropriately adapting to physical education curriculum has a positive effect on physical health, psychological feelings and social communication for students who have physical or mental problems. Adapting to physical education curriculum still facing many challenges in colleges, such as teachers' lack of skills and knowledge of special physical education; teachers have no relevant training and further study; not enough site, equipment and materials; limits from students choosing the curriculum. The paper further proposes like actively improve the laws and regulations, pay more attention to students who have physical or mental problems; strengthen planning and implementation of the curriculum to set up a new teaching concept of adapting to physical education curriculum; improve the knowledge and skills of teachers ; improve environment and resource supply.
