摘要
休闲体育是近年来我国高校体育教学内容改革的一个方向。文章在分析我国高校体育课程现状的基础上,全面探讨了休闲体育视野下进行高校体育课程改革的路径,希望能对休闲体育在高校的实施提供一些借鉴。
Leisure sports is one direction of college sports teaching reform in recent years. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the college P.E. curriculum in China, the article fully explores P.E. curriculum reform path from the perspective of leisure sports with the hope to provide some reference for the implementation of leisure sports in colleges and universities.
