Operating and Management Status of Teenage Sports Clubs in Chongqing

通过走访和问卷调查,了解重庆市青少年体育俱乐部经营管理现状,找出目前重庆市青少年体育俱乐部经营和管理上存在的问题和需要注意的地方。运用访谈法对各俱乐部相关人员进行询问和有关资料的搜集,文献资料法对相关文章进行搜集和整理,为后文做理论基础,数理分析法通过数据处理软件SPSS13.0对得到的数据进行分析,最后用问卷调查法对俱乐部学员和管理者来进行了解,得出以下结果:人员配置不太合理、经营渠道少、管理人员观念落后、俱乐部项目不够广泛等。

Through interview and questionnaire, the paper gets to know the operating and management status of teenage sports clubs in Chnngqing and identifies problems and places that need attention in their operation and management. The paper conducts an enquiry among related personnel with interview, collects and sorts out relevant documents and passages with the method of literature to lay a theoretical foundation for what will be discussed later. The paper also analyzes data with data processing software SPSS13.0 with the method of mathematical statistics and finally tries to understand learners and managers of clubs with questionnaire. The paper gets the following result： irrational arrangement of personnel; small number of operating channel; outdated ideas of managers ; limited club programs.
