某医学院大一新生体质健康测试数据分析

Analysis of Testing Data about Physique and Health Status of Freshmen of Jining Medical University

目的对2014年级大一新生体质健康测试数据进行统计学分析,以期全面了解济宁医学院2014年级大一新生体质健康状况,为本学校体育教学良性发展提供参考。方法采用现场测试的方法,对2301名济宁医学院大一新生身体形态、身体机能、身体素质三个方面8个运动项目进行现场测试,身体形态得分依据世界卫生组织标准和身体机能和身体素质依据国家健康体质测试标准进行四个等级划分,对男、女生优秀、良好、及格和不及格率进行分析。结果济宁医学院学生身体形态女生体型偏瘦,男生体型偏胖;身体机能不及格率极高,表明学生体质状况不佳,肺通气、肺换气能力差,平时参加运动少;身体素质凸显的问题为女生速度素质较差,男生上肢力量较差。结论基于分析,济宁医学院学生对美的概念不正确,运动锻炼少,男女生身体素质凸显的问题不同,体育课程教学应渗透健康的正确概念。教授引导掌握运动技能,男女生分开教学,增加身体素质练习比重,养成运动锻炼习惯,提高体质健康状况。

In order to get a comprehensive understanding of physique and health status of freshmen who enrolled in 2014 into Jining Medical University and to provide a reference for development of university physical education, the paper conducts a statistical analysis on testing data of freshmen＇ s physique health. With methods of onsite testing, the paper conducts an onsite testing of 2301 freshmen from aspects of body shape, body function and physical quality through 8 kinds of sports. Body shape is marked on 4 grades according to WHO standard and body function and physical health National Health Standard. Analysis on rate of being excellent, good, passed and fail among boys and girls reveal that girls＇ body shape tends to be thinner, while that of boys fatter; high fail rate in physical function shows students＇ poor health state and their pulmonary ventilation does not function well due to lack of exercise; outstanding problems of physical quality are girls＇ poor quality in speed and boys＇ weak quality in upper limb. Based on above analysis, the paper concludes that the concept of beauty is not correctly recognized by students of Jining Medical University; their rare exercise leads to different health problems among boys and girls ; in teaching sports, the right concept of health should be introduced to teach students to master sports skills ; boys and girls should be divided in teaching; improve exercise of physical quality; cultivate students＇ habit of doing exercise to improve their physique and health status.
