摘要
瑜伽从表面上看似是一项动作缓慢的运动,但是,有很多动作却要求要拉伸到极限,学生在学习的过程中很容易造成肌肉、关节等软组织的损伤,这也是当前困扰许多瑜伽教师的难题。因此,瑜伽教学中研究运动损伤的预防具有切实可行意义。
