飞行员血液视黄醇结合蛋白4与冠心病危险因素的相关性 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究飞行员血液视黄醇结合蛋白4(retinol binding protein 4,RBP4)水平变化及其与冠心病危险因素的相关性。方法选取军事飞行员477例,冠心病患者44例,普通地面工作健康体检者202例,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定受试者R BP4水平,测量身高、体重、血压等,并采集记录相应生化数据:总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、尿酸(UA),应用统计软件进行统计检验。结果冠心病组血液RBP4水平明显高于普通健康人群组(t=5.986,P<0.01);飞行员组血液RBP4水平明显高于普通健康人群组(t=4.822,P<0.01)。在相同年龄组中,飞行员组血液RBP4水平均高于普通健康人群组(t=2.091、3.048、3.424,P<0.05),但飞行员各年龄组间血液RBP4水平差异无统计学意义;飞行员组不同飞行时间组间血液RBP4水平差异无统计学意义。结论飞行因素可能导致飞行员血液RBP4水平升高,而RBP4水平升高可能是飞行员冠心病的危险因素。 Objective To study the change of blood retinol binding protein 4(RBP4) concentration in pilots and investigate the correlation between RBP4 and coronary heart disease(CHD) risk factors for the pilots. Methods Serum sample were taken from 477 military pilots,44 patients with coronary heart disease and 202 healthy ground service personnel. The serum level of RBP4 was measured by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA), the body height, weight, blood Pressure were measured, and the appropriate biochemical data: total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), fasting blood glucose(FBG), uric acid(UA) were collected and recorded, and statistical software was adopted for the statistical testing. Results The serum level of RBP4 in CHD was significantly higher than normal healthy population group(t=5.986, P〈0.01); the serum level of RBP4 in pilot was significantly higher than normal healthy population group(t=4.822, P〈0.01); In the same age group, the RBP4 concentration in pilots was higher than that in the control group(t=2.091, 3.048, 3.424, P〈0.05), but pilots among all age groups showed no significant difference in blood RBP4. For the RBP4 change by flying hours, there was no statistically significant difference among the groups. Conclusion Flying factor may lead to elevated blood levels of RBP4, which may be a risk factor for CHD in pilots.
