摘要
阐述构建"一体化警卫指挥信息系统"的重要意义,结合警卫部队信息化建设现状和实际业务需求,从网络通信、信息收集及共享、态势感知、指挥控制、预警决策、快速反应六个方面分析了系统功能需求,探讨了依托于一体化系统的"自同步指挥模式"构建。
This paper illustrates the significance of the construction of the integrated command information system for security work. With a view to the current status of the informatization construction and the practical needs, the paper discusses the system function requirement in the network communication, information gathering and sharing, situation awareness, command and control, warning and decision, rapid reaction, and at the same time the paper offers the suggestion on how to realize the mode of self - synchronous command depending on this system.
