德国职业教育对我国教育改革的启示——考察代根多夫应用技术大学有感

Enlightenment of China Education Reform from German Vocational Education——Investigation on Deggendorf Institute of Technology in Germany

笔者以德国代根多夫应用技术大学考察所得,对德国的教育体系结构、政策法规、考试制度、校企合作等方面进行了总结,分析了政府、行业协会、企业与国民在职业教育中扮演的角色及其对职业教育的影响,最后从改变观念、改革职业教育体系结构、统一考核、加深校企合作等方面应如何借鉴德国职业教育模式提出了自己的一些看法.

According to investigation on Deggendorf Institute of Technology in Germany,German education structural system,policies and regulations,examination system,school-enterprise cooperation are summarized.It is analyzed that the government,industry associations,enterprises and citizens influence and play the roles in the vocational education.Finally referring to the mode of German vocational education,some views are proposed from the perspective of changing the idea,reforming structural system of the vocational education,unifying examination and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.
