一种油田酸化用醛酮胺缓蚀剂的合成及缓蚀机理研究 被引量:2

Synthesis and inhibition corrosion mechanism research of a kind of aldehyde and ketones amine corrosion inhibitor for oilfield acidification

摘要 提出了一种合成温度低、污染小的醛酮胺缓蚀剂的合成工艺,通过正交试验得出了醛酮胺缓蚀剂的最佳合成条件。研究结果表明:合成的缓蚀剂质量分数为0.5%,在质量分数20%以下的HCl中,当使用温度低于90℃时,对P110钢材的缓蚀率可高达99%以上。电化学分析表明,该缓蚀剂为抑制阴极型为主的混合型缓蚀剂,通过在P110碳钢表面产生吸附膜而起缓蚀作用。随着缓蚀剂加量的增大,吸附膜越厚,极化电阻也越大。 The synthesis process of aldehyde ketone amine corrosion inhibitor at low temperature is presented,which produces little pollution. Compounding the synthesized aldehyde ketone amine corrosion inhibitor with other agents can obtain the corrosion inhibitor for oilfield acidification. The study results show that in HCl solution of 20%,the corrosion inhibition rate of the aldehyde ketone amine corrosion inhibitor of 0. 5% to P110 steel can reach to above 99% below 90 ℃. Electrochemical analysis shows that the corrosion inhibitor is a mixed-type inhibitor,and its action mechanism is mainly inhibiting cathode. The corrosion of P110 steel is inhibited by forming an inhibitor film on its surface. With the increase of the corrosion inhibitor concentration,the adsorption film becomes thick and the polarization resistance becomes great.
