摘要
当前我国职业教育发展面临许多难题,其中企业参与校企合作教育动力不足尤为突出.为解决校企合作教育中普遍存在的校"热"企"冷"问题,文章运用完全信息静态博弈理论建立一个博弈模型,详细分析了职业教育校企合作的条件,总结出校企合作教育具有风险性、矛盾性与博弈属性和收益不确定性特征,并进一步针对企业合作动力不足的问题提出若干对策,以深化校企合作立法、完善职业教育体制机制建设,从而促进我国校企合作教育的良性发展.
Nowadays vocational education in China faced many problems, one of which was the lack of enterprise's participation motivation in college-enterprise cooperation education. In order to solve this problem, this paper utilized the complete information static game theory to establish a game model, then analysed the conditions and summed up the characteristics of risk, contradiction and game properties and income uncertainty in college-enterprise cooperation education. Furthermore, this paper put forward several countermeasures which included constructing the laws and regulations system and improved the mechanism of vocational education, so as to provide the advices for the development of college-enterprise cooperation education in China.
