A Study on Education Management Work of Minority College Students

少数民族大学生是备受关注的高校特殊群体。本文从少数民族大学生自身特点和面临的问题入手,结合新形势,提出了少数民族大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的几点对策,以帮助少数民族大学生更好地适应大学生活,促进其全面发展。

Minority college students have gradually become a special group that is given great concern in colleges and universities. This paper begins with the analysis of the features of minority college students and the crisis they are facing,and then by combining it with the new situation,put forward some countermeasures in the ideological and political education and management of minority college students so that they could better adapt to college life and get full development.
