疏风清热法联合西药治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎疗效

Observation of epithelial herpes simplex keratitis treated by combination of sparse wind clearing heat method and western medicine

目的:观察疏风清热法联合西药治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将75例上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者随机分为治疗组38例38眼和对照组37例37眼。对照组局部给予更昔洛韦眼用凝胶点眼,并对症处理;治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上,同时服用以疏风清热为主的中药汤剂治疗。观察临床治疗效果并进行分析。结果:治疗组的治愈率、总有效率分别为79%和95%,对照组的治愈率、总有效率分别为54%和78%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组角膜病损面愈合指数优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6mo时随访治疗组痊愈患者的复发率为10%,对照组痊愈患者的复发率为40%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的治愈时间平均为14.74±8.58d,对照组的治愈时间平均为19.68±8.71d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏风清热法联合西药治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎有较好的疗效。

AIM：To observe the clinical curative effect of sparse wind clearing heat method combined with western medicine treatment on epithelial herpes simplex keratitis（HSK）.METHODS：A total of 75 cases（75 eyes） of patients with epithelial HSK were divided into the treatment group38 cases（38 eyes） and the control group 37 cases（37eyes）.The patients of the control group were treated with ganciclovir drop and symptomatic treatment.On the basis of the above treatment plan,the patients of the treatment group were treated with sparse wind clearing heat decoction.Clinical curative effect was observed and analyzed.RESULTS：In the treatment group,curative rate was79%and effective rate was 95%.In the control group,curative rate was 54%and effective rate was 78%.The differences had significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The corneal lesion healing index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.At 6mo follow- up the recurrence rate was10%in the treatment group,and the control group with40%,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The average healing time of the treatment group was 14.74±8.58 d,and the control group was 19.68 ± 8.71 d.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Sparse wind clearing heat method combined with western medicine treatment on epithelial HSK has preferably curative effect.
