声发射检测技术在玻璃钢管道检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 玻璃钢材料因耐腐蚀、易成型等优点在石油化工行业得到广泛应用。而其失效形式的多样,使得在役玻璃钢产品无有效的检测及寿命评价方法。采用声发射检测技术,通过对玻璃钢材料进行衰减测试、实际应用检测以及对比玻璃钢材料和金属材料的衰减差异,探讨声发射检测技术在玻璃钢材料应用中的有效性和适用性。结果表明,声发射检测技术可以应用于玻璃钢材料的实际检测,也可根据简单的声衰减测试预测材料的失效形式。 Fiber Reinforced Plastics are widely used in petrochemical industry because of their premium properties such as corrosion resistant,easily shaping and so on.But there is a lack of effective methods in detection and life evaluation of FRP products in service,due to their various failure forms detections.This paper is going to discuss the effectiveness and applicability of Acoustic Emission Detection Technology used in FRP tests,through the attenuation test of FRP,the analysis of reality cases and the comparison in attenuation of FRP and metallic materials.The result shows that acoustic emission detection technology could apply to practice,and the failure mode can also be predicted according to an acoustic attenuation test.
