黑龙江沿边开放带土地利用时空格局演变分析

Analysis of the Spatial-Temporal Evolution of Land Use in the Open Zones along Border Areas of Heilongjiang Province

为明晰黑龙江省沿边开放带土地需求,通过SPSS和Arc GIS平台,分析沿边开放带时间序列的土地规模变化、动态度变化、结构变化和区域空间差异。结果显示:沿边开放带各地区用地变化明显,农用地规模增加及未利用地规模减少。北部山区建设用地规模减少。沿边开放带各地区应因地制宜,有针对性地开发、合理、节约利用土地资源,结合土地结构和区域发展状况,制定相适应的用地供求机制。

On the basis of analyzing the time series land scale changes, dynamic changes, structure changes, and diversity of regional spatial structure in the open zones along border areas through SPSS and ArcGIS platform, we have achieved a result that obvious land use changes have taken place in the open zones; as a result, farmland scale has being increased; and both unused land and construction land scale in northern mountainous area have being decreased. On account of this, this paper points out that we should develop and use land resources in an reasonable and economic manner in the light of local conditions; work out corresponding land supply and demand mechanism according to land structure and regional development.
