浅谈地勘单位财会队伍建设

Some Thoughts on Construction of Finance and Accounting Team in Geological Exploration Department

随着社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,加强地勘单位财会队伍建设日益迫切。当前地勘单位财会队伍存在着思想认识不足、业务技能偏低、人员结构不合理、后续教育不到位等不足之处。加强地勘单位财会队伍建设,需从以下几个方面入手:(1)单位领导者要重视财会队伍建设;(2)优化财会队伍结构,充实财会队伍力量;(3)加强对财会人员的继续教育和后续培训;(4)建立和完善必要的财会人员考核评价机制、实行岗位轮动制。

As the social market economy grows rapidly, it＇s urgent to strengthen the construction of finance and accounting team in geological exploration department. The main problems that geological exploration department faces in promoting the construction of financial staff include the following： the low level of ideological understanding and professional skill, unreasonable personnel structure, missing of follow-up education and etc. In order to strengthen the construction of finance and accounting team in geological exploration department, we should do the works following up, Firstly, the leaders should pay attention to construction of finance and accounting team. This means that they should optimize the personnel structure and enlarge the team, enhance efforts to grasp the continuing education and training, and set up performance appraisal mechanism so as to carry out the job in-turn mechanism.
