摘要
目的制订养血安神颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)法对养血安神颗粒中首乌藤、墨旱莲、鸡血藤、合欢皮进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC):C18色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水(25:75),检测波长320nm,测定养血安神颗粒中首乌藤的有效成分2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-B-D-葡萄糖苷。结果首乌藤、墨旱莲、鸡血藤、合欢皮的薄层斑点清晰,分离度好,专属性强。2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-0-B-D-葡萄糖苷在15.975—1597.5ng进样量范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.2%。结论所建立的方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于养血安神颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To set up the quality standard for Yangxue A nshen Granules(YAG, mainly composed of Caulis Polygoni Multiflori, Herba Ecliptae, Caulis Spatholobi, Cortex Albiziae). Methods Caulis Polygoni Muhiflori, Herba Ecliptae, Caulis Spatholobi, and Cortex Albiziae were identified by TLC. The effective component of 2, 3, 5, 4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-o-β-D-glucopyranoside was determined by HPLC using C18 column, with acetonitrile-water(25 : 75) as the mobile phase, and detection wavelength being 320 nm. Results The TLC method was specific with good resolution. The linear relationship of 2, 3, 5, 4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-o-β-D- glucopyranoside was in the range of 15.975 ng- 1597.5 ng (r=1.0000). The average recovery was 100.6 %, and RSD=1.2 %. Conclusion The methods are accurate, effective and specific, and are suitable for the quality control of Yangxue A nshen Granules.
