摘要 将逆向工程引入到工艺品的设计制造中,可有效地提高工艺品的设计效率,降低设计周期,还可以方便地对数字模型进行特性添加,使得作品更符合顾客"胃口"。本文以人猿泰山为例,基于逆向工程方法获取工艺品原件的数字化模型,通过点云预处理、构建多边形、网格划分、曲面重构等方法还原一个更自由、造型语言更生动的数字模型。在三维软件Geomagic/Unigraphics NX进行曲面重构和创新,通过特征添加,将原型进行再设计,从而提高工艺品的设计质量。本文将为青瓷、石雕等工艺品的快速建模提供了一种新的方法和途径。 Importing the reverse engineering to design and manufacture of artware can both improve the design efficiency and shorten design cycle. In addition, this method contributes to add or delete characteristic of digital model conveniently, which makes the works more aligned with customer's need. The research takes Tarzan model as example to show the whole process of getting the digital model of Tarzan artware prototype. Though the procedures of point cloud preprocessing, polygon construction, mesh generation, surface reconstruction, etc., a more freely, more active digital model is established. Take the Geomagic and Unigraphics as the platform, innovative designs are carried out. Though characteristics add, the re-creative design of the model is conducted. As a result, the artware design's quality and efficiency are improved. The paper will provide a new method to rapid modeling for artwares, such as celadon and stone carving.
