实现大学生高质量就业,需要对高质量就业的内涵进行厘定。借鉴波特五力模型对大学生高质量就业进行结构分析,有助于把握影响大学生高质量就业的因素。实现大学生高质量就业需要就业市场、高校、毕业生三维联动:政府和市场要实施就业优先战略、转变发展方式、落实相关政策;高校要强化质量意识、对接市场需求、突出分类指导;大学生自身要提升核心竞争力、调整心态、规划职业生涯。

In order to promote university students to realize high quality employment,it is necessary to determine the connotation of employment quality.Using Michael Porter＇s Five Forces Model for structural analysis of high quality for college students employment,will help to grasp the factors affecting college students＇ employment quality.To achieve high quality employment,job market,colleges and universities,graduates must build three-dimensional linkage：the government and market must adopt priority strategy,transformation of the mode of development,the implementation of related policies.Colleges and universities must strengthen the quality consciousness,dock the market demand,highlight the classified guidance while students need improve their core competitiveness,adjust the mentality,plan for their career.
