摘要
在诸多影响高职医学生的职业责任感形成的因素中,学校教育因素的影响不可小觑。文章通过对长沙高职院校医学生的职业责任感现状调查,运用简明的调查图表,了解分析影响医学生职业责任感教育的因素,从课程设置、医学实践、校园文化、教师主体、家校沟通五个方面,提出切实可行的培养策略。
Among the many factors that have a bearing upon the the sense of professional responsibility of higher vocational medical students,school education has always played an irreplaceable role.Through the research done among the higher vocational colleges in Changsha,this article analyzes the influential factors in developing medical students' sense of professional responsibility as demonstrated in the five aspects of curriculum provisions,medical practice,campus culture,teachers as subject,communication between school and family,and then proposes five practical strategies.
