从终身体育观论高校体育教学改革 被引量:6

摘要 体育教学旨在增强学生的身体素质,提高学生的健康水平.既让学生在进行各项学习时能够有充沛的精力和足够的耐力,还能够让学生获得优秀的体质,为终身体质奠定基础,为我国整体国民素质打下坚实基础.高校体育教学作为学生体育教学的最后阶段,需要贯彻体育教学的理念,更应从终身体育的理念出发,既培养学生的体育能力,还要增进学生的身心健康,为学生人生的全过程打下坚实的基础.从终身体育的概念出发,高校体育与终身体育的关系应是:高校体育在学校体育和社会体育之间,起到承上启下、沟通传递的桥梁作用,为终身体育提供重要准备.我国高校体育教学存在的问题包括:重智力教育而轻体育教育,教师的教学素质较差,学生体育学习意识薄弱,且体育教学模式与终身体育理念相悖等.相应的解决办法包括:应改变体育教学观念,提高教师的教学素质,培养学生终身体育的意识,运用终身体育理念指导体育教学. Sports teaching aims to enhance students' physical quality and improve the health level of students. It can makestudents have enough energy and endurance in study and can also make students get good physique, to lay a good foundationfor lifelong physical fitness, to lay a solid foundation for China's overall national quality. College ports teaching is the laststage of the physical education, so the colleges and universities need to carry out the concept of lifetime sports, not onlycultivate the students' sports ability, but also enhance the students' physical and mental health, to lay a solid foundation forstudents' whole life. This paper, starting from the concept of lifetime sports, expounds the relationship between college sportsand lifelong sports: the college sports is between the school sports and social sports, serves as a bridge to link, communicateand transmit, provides important preparation for lifelong sports. The problems in college sports include: emphasizingintellectual education and neglecting physical education, poor teachers' teaching quality, students' weak consciousness ofsports, sports teaching mode running counter to the concept of lifelong sports, etc. The corresponding solutions are: changingthe teaching concept, improving teachers' teaching quality, cultivating students' consciousness of lifelong sports, using theconcept of lifelong sports to guide sports teaching.
