能源消耗总量的控制与分解方案的探究

The Study of Project about the Control and Distribution of the Total Energy Consumption

针对中国能源消耗总量控制,综合使用数理统计、层次分析法、多元回归、模糊综合评价等方法,分别建立层次分析、模糊聚类分析、控制与分解方案等模型,运用Matlab编程,得出能源消耗总量与相关影响因素之间的关系、各省份产业结构主要类型及能源消费特征及我国能源消费总量按省份的分解与控制方案:多数地区虽然在经济发展的同时也注重对能源的控制,初步达到了良性循环的效果,但还需要加大监管力度,坚持高效用能,争取达到一级良性循环,做到能源经济和谐发展.

In view of the situation about the control of the total energy consumption in China, we use mathematical statistics,multiple regression fitting, hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods comprehensively, to establish themodels of hierarchy process, fuzzy clustering analysis, aud control and distribution plan. By using Matlab7 softwareprogramming, we got to know the relationship between the total energy consumption and relevant affecting factors, the maintypes of industrial structure and the features of energy consumption in different provinces, the project of the control anddistribution of the total energy consumption of various provinces： In most areas, along with the economic development, thecontrol of energy has been paid attention to, which has initially achieved the effect of a virtuous circle. However, we also needto strengthen supervision and adhere to the efficient use of energy, in order to reach a virtuous circle with the harmoniousdevelopment of energy economy.
