网络环境为了解学生思想需求,把握学生思想动态,解决学生实际问题提供了更为高效、迅捷的广阔平台,为思政工作在内容、技术、组织上的革新提供了可能.现有高校思政工作整体平稳有序,但也存在工作队伍力量相对薄弱、创新变革意识不足、水平参差不齐等问题.为进一步创新高校思政工作,可以进一步探寻网络发展规律、改变传统教育管理的思维范式、营造互动交流平台、整合资源进行跨部门服务等.

The internet environment provides an efficient and faster platform to understand and master the students＇ ideologi-cal needs and trends, and also help them to solve the practical problems for the students. In addition, it provides the possibilityof making new innovations in ideological and political work in terms of contents, technology and organization. Although uni-versities＇ ideological and political work is processed smoothly and orderly, problems such as weakness of the work force, lackof creative and transformative ideas, and the uneven level of professionalism still exist. For further improving and innovatingthe ideological and political work in universities, the universities could continue to explore the rule of network development,to modify the traditional thinking pattern of education management, to build the interactive communication platform, and tointegrate the resources for inter-departmental services, etc.
