烤烟膜下井窖式小苗移栽标准研究

Research on Standard of Flue-cured Tobacco Seedling Under Well Cellar Transplanting

为了得出膜下"井窖式"小苗移栽技术的最佳移栽小苗素质标准,试验设置不同叶数的小苗移栽试验,即3叶1心、4叶1心、5叶1心、6叶1心,结果表明:4叶1心的小苗,移栽后烟株在株高、有效叶片数、最大叶片长和宽、茎围、产量、均价、上等烟比例、产值等综合指标达到最优。因此,4叶1心是膜下"井窖式"小苗移栽技术的最佳苗龄选择。

A field experiment which involved in well cellar cultivation was conducted using flue-cured tobacco seedings in different ages （e.g. three leaves, four leaves ,five leaves ,six leaves）to get the optimal seedling stage unde well cellar transplanting. The resuhs showed that four leaves old seeding was the best time to transplant, reflected by the better plant height, number of effective leaves, leaf area index, stem diameter, yield, average price, proportion of first-class leaves, output value, etc.
