干旱胁迫对楠木和阴香苗木光合特性的影响

摘要 对一年生的楠木、阴香苗木进行干旱和复水处理,测定和分析干旱胁迫对各树种净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)与气孔导度(Gs)等光合特性的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫发生时,楠木和阴香的各项指标均有下降的趋势;但随着复水处理的开始,各项光合参数又有不同程度的升高趋势;阴香的抗逆性表现优于楠木。 One-year-old seedlings of Phoebe zhennan and Cinnamomum burmanni were treated with drought stress and re-watering,the photosynthetic rate ( Pn ), the transpiration rate ( Tr ), the water use efficiency (WUE) and the stomatal conductance (Gs) were determined and analyzed with drought stress of the two tree species.The results showed that when the drought stress occurred,each index of Phoebe zhennan and Cinnamomum burmanni showed a tendency to decline;but at the beginning of the re-watering, the photosynthetic parameters had different degree of rising trend.By contrast, the resistance performance of Cinnamomum burmanni was better than that of Phoebe zhennan.
