摘要
采用电导法,测定了2个中国山杨对照与10个中美山杨无性系枝条在不同低温处理后的电导率,以评价其抗寒性。结果表明:各无性系组织半致死温度在-45~38℃,其中中美山杨各无性系间抗寒性差异较大,抗寒性由强到弱依次为11(Gd42-1)〉1(CK1)〉2(CK2)〉12(Id42-1)〉8(Gd31-1)〉10(Ca42-1)〉3(Da31-1)〉9(Gh32-2)〉4(Dd51)〉7(Id42-2)〉6(Bd44-1)〉5(If71-1),其中6号(Bd44-1)、7号(Id42-2)、5号(If71-1)品系在-40℃时电导率〉50%,达到了组织半致死温度,因此这3个品系抗寒性较差,在极端温度-40℃容易死亡。
Used 2 populus davidiona clones and 10 Populus davidiana×P.tremuloidesclones as the experimental materials ,the conductivity of dormantone-year-old cuttings which had been treated with different low temperature were determined by electro-conductivity gauge. Data of two indexes were treated with the singlefactor variance analysis and multiple comparison.Regression models were established about low temperature (T)to the conductivity of the clones.According to the results, the median lethal temperature of tissue of all clones was-45-38 ℃. The results showed that there were obvious differences among the clones of the ability of cold resistance.The order of the ability of cold resistance on 12 clones was 11 (Gd42-1 )〉 1 (CK1)〉2(CK2)〉12 (Id42-1 )〉8 (Gd31-1)〉10(Ca42-1 )〉3 (Da31-1)〉9(Gh32-2)〉4(DdS1 )〉7(Id42-2)〉6(Bd44-1 )〉5(If71-1).
