摘要
农业科技创新是促进农业发展、实现农业现代化的不竭动力源泉。分析了淮安市现代农业创新发展成效及其存在的问题,并基于此,提出了淮安市现代农业创新发展路径选择与对策,主要包括发展方向、根本保障、先导力量、有效途径、创新源泉和不竭动力。
The innovation of agricultural science and technology is the inexhaustible power source to promote agricultural development and realize the agricultural modernization. Through the study of the current situation and problems of modem agriculture development in Huai＇an City ,the guiding ideology of developing modem agriculture and countermeasures were put forward,which included development direction,fundamental guarantee, the leading power, effective way, innovation source and driving force.
