摘要
项目教学法是指学生在教师的指导下,完成一个完整的"项目"而进行的教学方法。该文以项目教学法在职业院校食品工艺技术课程中的应用研究为例,阐述这种方法的实施过程,取得了较好的教学效果。同时,指出实施项目教学法的过程中应注意的事项,为项目教学法在相关专业课程中的广泛应用提供一定的参考。
Project teaching method is the teaching method that students complete a full ＂project＂ by the guidance of teachers.This paper was mainly about the project teaching method for the application of food technology curriculum in vocational colleges.The implementation process of this method was described in this paper, which achieved good teaching effect .At the same time, the matters that should be paid attention to in the process of the implementation of the teaching method were also be pointed out ,which could provide some advice for the project teaching method being widely used in related courses.
