摘要
在常温条件下实现了与厌氧氨氧化匹配的亚硝化过程,并考察了高pH对亚硝化的影响效果。试验采用实际生活污水和稳定运行的序批式活性污泥法(SBR)反应器,通过控制温度、p H考察NH+4-N与NO-2-N的对应变化情况。温度为28℃时,亚硝化效果良好,NO-2-N累积率达到93.45%;温度为26℃时,出水NH+4-N/NO-2-N为1∶1.3能够满足后续厌氧氨氧化进水的要求。pH较高时,可以通过中和亚硝化产生的H+以及FA与FNA对硝化细菌的抑制作用实现稳定的亚硝化。
The process of ANAMMOX adopting nitrosification was studied at the normal temperature and the influence of a higher pH value on the nitrosification performance was investigated. The experiments used actual domestic wastewater and a stable operating SBR (sequencing batch reactor of activated sludge process) and controlled temperature, pH to investigate variation condition of NH4^+-N and NO2^--N. The nitrosification reaction was achieved successfully and accumulation rate of NO2^- -N was 93.45% when the temperature was at 28℃^. The effluent NH4+ -N/NO2^- -N was at 1:1.3 when the temperature was around 26℃ , which is suitable for providing stable conditions for anammox. The stable nitrosiflcation can be realized at a higher pH by neutralizating H^+ and inhibiting NOB activity by FA and FNA.
