CCC模式在重症监护病房护理工作中的实践应用

目的探讨护患沟通—人文关怀—医护配合(CCC)护理模式在重症监护病房护理工作实践中应用的必要性。方法选取医院ICU住院患者60例,随机分为传统常规护理组和CCC模式护理组各30例。填写患者满意度调查表和医师满意度调查表,累积分值进行统计学分析。结果 CCC护理管理可以缓解护理人员压力,提高护士工作的主动性及工作效率,提高患者满意度,与传统常规护理组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CCC护理模式有利于帮助护理人员学会有意识地运用一定的沟通技巧,构建一种和谐的护患关系,做到以患者为本,真正做好人性化护理,切实提高护理服务质量。

Objective To study the CCC application mode in the intensive care ward nursing practice is necessary. Methods Randomly selected 60 hospitalized patients with ICU in our hospital, were randomly divided into routine nursing group （30） and CCC model nursing group （30）, and fill out the satisfaction survey patient satisfaction questionnaires and doc- tors.
