双歧杆菌四联活菌片在急性胰腺炎患者肠内营养治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablet(live) in enteral nutrition therapy in patients of acute pancreatitis

目的 探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片在急性胰腺炎患者肠内营养治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2011年7月-2014年7月本院收治的98例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,各49例。两组均采用急性胰腺炎常规治疗措施,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予肠内营养治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上在营养液中加入双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,比较两组治疗后的C反应蛋白（CRP）、白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、外周血中内毒素（ET）水平,并记录两组的症状缓解时间、体征缓解时间、首次排气与排便时间、住院时间及不良反应发生率等。结果 观察组治疗后的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、ET水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的症状缓解时间、体征缓解时间、首次排气与排便时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在急性胰腺炎的营养治疗中加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片,不仅能够在一定程度上提高临床疗效,且可以降低常规治疗产生的不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （live） in enteral nutrition therapy in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 98 patients with acute pancreatitis from July 2011 to July 2014 in our hospital were sdected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,49 cases in each group.The conventional therapeutic measures for acute pancreatitis was given in two groups.The control group was treated with enteral nutrition on the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （live） on the basis of the control group.The level of C-reactive protein （CRP）,interleukin-6 （IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and peripheral blood endotoxin （ET） after treatment in two groups was compared,as well as the time of symptoms and signs,the first time of exhaust and defecation,the length of hospital stay,the incidence of adverse reaction in two groups was recorded. Results The level of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and ET in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The time of symptoms and signs,the first time of exhaust and defecation,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was lowter than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （live） being added in the nutritional therapy of acute pancreatitis,not only can improve the clinical efficacy from a certain extent,but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction due to conventional therapy,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
