高校学生心理危机管理是高校危机管理的一个重要方面。高校应当按照国家有关规定的精神构建学生心理危机管理体系。高校学生心理危机管理体系的构建需要遵循预防、协调、分级管理、以人为本和效率等基本原则。高校应当根据学生的心理特点构建学生心理危机管理体系,可以按照心理危机发生的前、中、后的过程,构建以心理危机发生前的早期预防机制和危机预警机制、心理危机发生时的危机干预机制和心理危机干预的后续处理为主要内容的学生心理危机管理体系。

College students＇ psychological crisis management is an important aspect of crisis management in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities should construct students＇ psychological crisis management system according to the spirit of the relevant regulations of the state. The construction of such system at colleges and universities should follow the basic principles of prevention, coordination, classification management, people-oriented and efficiency. Colleges and universities, according to students＇ psychological characteristics and their psychological changes before, during, and after the crisis, should construct a system which consists of the early crisis prevention and warning mechanism before the happening of psychological crisis, the crisis intervention mechanism during the happening of crisis, and some follow-up measures after crisis intervention.
