Practical Study on Reform of Graduation Thesis in Higher Vocational Colleges

毕业论文(设计)的好坏是检验高职教育人才培养目标的重要标尺。时下高职高专院校毕业论文的教学,存在着诸多问题。匡正的方法应该从提前开设毕业设计的项目教学、选题内容和设计形式的多样化、以实习和就业为任务驱动和主要抓手、完善管理机制和环节等改革思路切入,以便于培养学生完成具有实用性、创造性、可行性的职业能力,为迎合社会就业岗位对应届毕业大专生的要求及学生自身素质的提高,提供有益的思考和实际操作方案。

Graduation thesis（design） is an important benchmark to examine the personnel training goal in higher vocational colleges. The present study on graduation thesis in higher vocational colleges finds various existing problems. The remedy consist of the reform in terms of the early project teaching of graduation design, the diversification in the topic and form, the task-driven design concerning the internship and employment, the improvement of management mechanism and etc. to train students＇ practical vocational ability in a feasible, practical and creative way, to help graduating college students meet the need of the entry employment level of corresponding positions in society and to improve students＇ quality of themselves, which provide helpful insight and practical solution.
