清热活血方药治疗类风湿关节炎32例

Treating 32 cases of rheumatoid arthritis in TCM

目的:探讨清热活血方在类风湿关节炎患者中的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的类风湿关节炎患者32例进行分析,均采用中药清热活血方进行治疗,观察患者的临床治疗效果,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:32例患者经治疗后显效21例,有效9例,治疗有效率为93.8%。治疗后晨僵时间短、关节肿胀数量少、疼痛评分低,和治疗前相比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药过程中出现食欲不振2例,头痛1例,恶心1例,共计发生率为12.5%,经对症处理后好转。结论:将中药清热活血方应用在类风湿关节炎患者中具有良好的临床效果,能够减轻患者的疼痛,促进病情恢复,且不良反应发生较少,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Huoxue Huayu pre scription on rhe umatoid arthritis. Methods： in our hospital, 32 patients with rheumatoid arthritis w ere ana lyzed,by the Huoxue Huayu prescription.Results：32 patients were cured after treatment in 21 cases, effective in 9 cases, the effective rate of 93.8%. Short duration of morning stiffness after treatment, a small number of swollen j oints, pain score low, and treatment di fference compared to the pr evious clear that there a restatistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TCM therapy show good clinical results in patients with rheumatoid arthritis;it is possible to alleviate the patient＇s pain, promote disease recovery.
